HVIA- LSM Technologies assists HVIA plan for new Tyre and Inflation Guide

HVIA to release their new "Best Practice" Guide on Tyre Pressure Monitoring in 2025. LSM Technologies as part of the HVIA Tyre and Inflation Working Group and assisted with the development of the first edition and are proud to contribute further to the release of the new "Best Practice" guide in 2025, marking the second instalment in HVIA’s Best Practice Guide series. This upcoming edition will focus on tyre pressure monitoring and inflation technologies, providing industry professionals with essential insights and recommendations.

In 2023, HVIA collaborated with experts in tyre manufacturing, supply, management, and technology to develop its ‘Tyre Management’ training course, now available through the HVIA Training Portal.

The course has already been completed by hundreds of industry professionals, reinforcing best practices across the sector.

Building on this success, the Tyre and Inflation Working Group will reconvene in 2025 to develop the second "Best Practice" guide, emphasizing the critical role of tyre pressure and the latest technologies available to maintain optimal inflation levels.

The first guide in the series, which focused on heavy vehicle pit safety in workshops, received widespread praise from industry professionals.

“The ‘Best Practice’ formula is an excellent way to educate both those within and outside our industry on the tools and methods available to improve our operations,” says Adam Ritzinger, HVIA Chief Technical Officer.
“We aim to continue that success, and tyre inflation is a fantastic topic for the second edition.”
