LSM Technologies has been established for >20 years, providing specialised engineering / technical services and safety mitigation technologies to Australian Heavy Industries. However, unfortunately Australia does not design, develop or manufacture many of these technologies and so we have been reliant on sourcing these products from overseas.
Importing such technologies from overseas has many challenges indeed in getting custom changes, supply, timely technical support and fit - for- purpose technology to meet Australian industry - amongst many other issues.
Whilst we still maintain close relationships with a few suppliers of specialised overseas technology, LSM Technologies embarked on a journey of "reinvention" over the 2 x years ago with the vision of reducing dependency on overseas by designing and making our own "home-grown" Australian technology.
As such, we have invested heavily in designing, developing, trade marking and patenting our own Australian technology- that is Made in Australia for Australia!
Of course, we will also later pursue the potential of becoming an Exporter of Australian made technology and capitalise on international export markets.
