LSM Team- Excellent Service!

Dear Peter, 

We wish to compliment your company and especially your employees, who not only offer very helpful service, but also willingly use their personal time to ensure your customer needs are attended to.

Last year, we had the pleasure to deal with Troy, when we needed to replace our LSM Sensors on our Land Cruiser. Once we had phoned him and placed our order, they were dispatched on the same day and arrived in the timely manner that was promised. We were also urged to ring him back should we have any problems with setting them up, or needed any advice.  

Because of unknown circumstances at the time, it has actually been nearly twelve months since we received the new sensors and only just attempted to set the tyre pressures. Not being as technically minded as some, we did run into a couple of problems, therefore, as asked to do, we rang and were directed to Kelvin. We cannot praise his work commitment enough.  He took time out of his day after work, to call around and set up our tyre pressures to the sensors and to show me exactly what to do should we need to change anything. He did this not only to represent your company, but to also save us a lengthy drive to come to you.  Thank you again Kelvin, we have never received this level of service from any other company we have dealt with and were very impressed. 

As we will be travelling around Australia in our caravan, we will certainly be recommending your TyreGuard® RV 360 system to anyone who is looking to purchase a tyre monitoring system and will also look at putting them onto our caravan as well, in the near future,as the system has already alerted us to a problem with one of our tyres. With the price of tyres today, it is certainly money well spent.
